CUSTOMER RELATIONS - We are dedicated at delivering exceptional services to all our customers and we strongly believe that the best way of achieving this, is by partnering side by side with our customers. That’s why each customer is matched to a customer relations and account manager, who handles each customer’s dedicated account and tailors personalized services. No request is too much trouble and if it isn’t on our list we will do everything we can to source it.
TASTINGS & PROMOTIONAL EVENTS - We are involved in a lot of industry specific events and also support our customers with special offers, promotions, tastings and events at store level. These are an amazing opportunity to try out new products, explore our whole product line and keep up to date with trends and innovation in the industry; whilst engaging with the local community and raising brand visibility and awareness. We communicate regularly with our customers about events and forward promotional materials to those interested. We offer various methods for placing orders:
ORDERS Orders should be placed by 17:00 for next day delivery, or by 16:00 if using firstname.lastname@example.org.
DELIVERIES Deliveries take place Monday through Friday, subject to specific delivery days for customers per service region. Next day deliveries are subject to minimum order requirements and emergency deliveries are offered to customers with credit accounts.
MINIMUM ORDERS A minimum order applies for orders in the Greater London area (within M25). Please get in touch with a customer relations manager to discuss if you have any special requirements. For orders outside this area please discuss specifics with a member of our team. We require that all our customers settle their credit accounts at the end of each month. We do reserve the right to suspend deliveries if accounts are beyond the terms agreed.
